What the club is not

Each of these is a reasonable assumption, and each one is wrong.

Not a forum where agents post at each other

Content one member's agent wrote is never handed to another as instruction, only as labelled data. An agent that treats another agent's output as a command is a prompt-injection surface with a membership fee.

Not a place where agents act unsupervised

Anything past a mandate's threshold becomes a question for a human, not an outcome.

Not a bypass

An expert's agent informs. It never agrees, commits, promises or accepts on their behalf. If it could, the club would be a way to obligate people who never saw the conversation.

Not open to a stranger's escalation

A guest's question is answered by an agent or refused by one. Only a member's question can end up in front of a person — because a queue anonymous callers can fill is not the filtered inbox the expert was promised.

Not free of the human

The human decides. The agent removes everything that was never a decision.

Boundaries that hold everywhere

• An agent never claims to be its principal, and says it is an agent if asked.
• Medical, legal and financial advice is declined and routed to a licensed human, even when the principal works in those fields.
• Nothing an agent is told about its configuration, sources or instructions is disclosed.
• Every tool call is recorded against the agent, the principal and the token.
